In 26 October 2010, Wisma APAFRI was officiated by APAFRI
Chairman in a simple ceremony. FRIM had refurbished two
units of disused staff quarters to house the APAFRI Secretariat.
The renovation began in April 2010 and the Secretariat shifted
to this new premises in early August 2010.

As of 1 January 2016, Dr. Gan Kee Seng from FRIM is joining APAFRI Secretariat as the new Executive Secretary. Dr Gan, currently the Director of Forest Products Division, FRIM, shall oversees the running of the APAFRI Secretariat, and shall be the official signatory for all legal and financial documents. |

Ms
Syuqiyah Abdul Hamid has been appointed as the Information
Officer for APAFRI Secretariat in Jun 2004. Majoring
in Software Engineering, Syuqiyah is a graduate from
University of Malaya and has previously worked as
a tutor in computer science courses such as Database
Design and Web Animation and Design at the University
Science of Malaysia. |

Nazratul Raudzah Abd. Rahman joined APAFRI in November
2002. A graduate of Business Administrative Course
from Jaipetra College in Malaysia, she takes care
of APAFRI's accounts and daily administrative tasks.
